TBCEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, GHRH, and CD300LD. Each is linked with TBCEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCEL-to-partner and partner-to-TBCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by TBCEL-low versus TBCEL-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
