Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBCD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBCD data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TBCD Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBCD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TBCD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
