TBCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,682 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXK2, CANT1, and UBE2O. Each is linked with TBCD in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCD-to-partner and partner-to-TBCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCD versus FOXK2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
