TBCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, WRNIP1, and EIF4A3. Each is linked with TBCD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCD-to-partner and partner-to-TBCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCD versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
