Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,935 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Respiratory burst after phagocytosis, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with TBCD in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCD-to-partner and partner-to-TBCD results are reported.
