TBCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, PRAMEF9, and IAPP. Each is linked with TBCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCD-to-partner and partner-to-TBCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf50 grouped by TBCD-low versus TBCD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
