Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBCA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBCA data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TBCA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBCA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where TBCA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
