TBCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,993 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX7C, CETN3, and NDUFS4. Each is linked with TBCA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCA-to-partner and partner-to-TBCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCA versus COX7C in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
