TBCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP3, RPL22P21, and SSTR5. Each is linked with TBCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCA-to-partner and partner-to-TBCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP3 grouped by TBCA-low versus TBCA-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
