Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,567 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Regulation of centriole elongation, and Cell-cell junction organization. Each is linked with TBCA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCA-to-partner and partner-to-TBCA results are reported.
