Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBC1D7 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TBC1D7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, KICH, and SKCM are the cancer types where TBC1D7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
