Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,914 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine modification, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with TBC1D5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D5-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D5 results are reported.
