TBC1D4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,852 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, and Granulocyte chemotaxis. Each is linked with TBC1D4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D4-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus grouped by TBC1D4-low versus TBC1D4-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
