Q-omics provides the consensus-scored TBC1D3P6 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. TBC1D3P6 expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, TBC1D3P6 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, TBC1D3P6 RNA expression shows 6,155 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BRCA, LUSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where TBC1D3P6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
