Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D3P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBC1D3P2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TBC1D3P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where TBC1D3P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
