Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,349 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Protein deacetylation. Each is linked with TBC1D3P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3P2-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3P2 results are reported.
