Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,376 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with TBC1D3P1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3P1-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3P1 results are reported.
