Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D3H RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBC1D3H data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TBC1D3H RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D3H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and SCLC show a favorable association.

READ, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where TBC1D3H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
