Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBC1D30 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TBC1D30 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.
SCLC, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TBC1D30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
