Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D30 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBC1D30 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TBC1D30 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where TBC1D30 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
