Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,516 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, PKP4, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with TBC1D30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D30-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D30 versus ARFGEF3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
