Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D29P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,932 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D29P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Negative regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with TBC1D29P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D29P-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D29P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II grouped by TBC1D29P-low versus TBC1D29P-high in OVARY.
