The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TBC1D25 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where TBC1D25 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
