TBC1D20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,002 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSFL1C, RBBP9, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with TBC1D20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D20-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D20 versus NSFL1C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
