Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D20-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, MEK1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with TBC1D20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D20-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D20 results are reported.
