TBC1D20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,785 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAVS, PTPRA, and RNF24. Each is linked with TBC1D20 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D20-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D20 versus MAVS in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
