Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNA15, GJB2, and OSTF1. Each is linked with TBC1D2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D2-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D2 versus GNA15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
