Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,566 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Membrane raft assembly. Each is linked with TBC1D2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D2-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D2 results are reported.
