Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone methylation, Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, and Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TBC1D17 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D17-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D17 results are reported.
