Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,686 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, KIF2C, and RPL39L. Each is linked with TBC1D17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D17-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D17 versus CCNB1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
