TBC1D16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,725 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with TBC1D16 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D16-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport grouped by TBC1D16-low versus TBC1D16-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
