The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TBC1D14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, ESCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where TBC1D14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
