Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP2, OSCAR, and TMEM97. Each is linked with TBC1D14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D14-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D14 versus ENPP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
