Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ASNS, and PCNA. Each is linked with TBC1D14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D14-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by TBC1D14-low versus TBC1D14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
