The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TBC1D12 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where TBC1D12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
