TBC1D12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,501 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF11, CDC42BPA, and ATM. Each is linked with TBC1D12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D12-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D12 versus ARHGEF11 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
