Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,715 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to plasma membrane transport, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TBC1D12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D12-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D12 results are reported.
