Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D10A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBC1D10A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher TBC1D10A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, COAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where TBC1D10A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
