The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TBC1D10A mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
HNSC, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TBC1D10A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
