The most reproducible TBC1D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of spindle orientation, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, and Spindle localization. Each is linked with TBC1D1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D1-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D1 results are reported.
