Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBATA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TBATA data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TBATA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBATA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TBATA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
