TBATA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBATA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,848 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBATA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS14, PXDN, and ADAMTS7. Each is linked with TBATA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBATA-to-partner and partner-to-TBATA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBATA versus ADAMTS14 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBATA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBATA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
