TBATA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBATA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBATA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3613, SRGN, and SLF1. Each is linked with TBATA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBATA-to-partner and partner-to-TBATA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3613 grouped by TBATA-low versus TBATA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBATA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBATA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
