TBATA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBATA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,118 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBATA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, TDRD15, and ZIC3. Each is linked with TBATA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBATA-to-partner and partner-to-TBATA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBATA versus SERPINA7 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBATA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBATA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
