TBATA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBATA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBATA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1, SMIM9, and OR52B2. Each is linked with TBATA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBATA-to-partner and partner-to-TBATA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPRP1 grouped by TBATA-low versus TBATA-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBATA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBATA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
