TAZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC2, HTATSF1, and SLC25A5. Each is linked with TAZ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAZ-to-partner and partner-to-TAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAZ versus THOC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
