Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,397 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAZ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Flagellated sperm motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with TAZ in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAZ-to-partner and partner-to-TAZ results are reported.
