The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TAX1BP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAX1BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where TAX1BP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
