Across TCGA cell cohorts, TATDN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,612 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TATDN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tetrapyrrole metabolic process, Regulation of angiogenesis, and Negative regulation of appetite by leptin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with TATDN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN3-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN3 results are reported.
