Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TATDN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TATDN2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TATDN2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TATDN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TATDN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
